The game of pétanque is a popular and inclusive sport in the UK, in recognition of which Sport England, the National Lottery and Nottingham City Council generously gave their support to help establish Nottingham City Pétanque Club. Ours is a sport in which young and old, all genders, and disabled people can play together.
The club opened in 2011 and regularly hosts prestigious events at local, regional and national level. Several times a year we organise “Give it a Go” days which are open to the general public. Anyone wanting to try the game can also come along to a Club session on Tuesday evenings, Thursday mornings, or Sunday afternoons. Equipment is available and only casual clothing required. Your first 3 visits are FREE!
We accommodate private and corporate events, so contact us by phone 07826 949197 or email [email protected]. More on the Contact Us page.
